All the rich in America can't pay off the $15 trillion deficit but
going after welfare freeloaders can reduce wasteful taxpayer spending.

Deficit: 1. the amount by which a sum of money falls short of the required amount. 2. the amount by which expenditures or liabilities exceed income or assets. 3. a lack or shortage; deficiency. Suppose you're going to listen to someone who spends more taxpayer money than all the previous presidents combined.
