Looking for a freeview 15" LCD TV for my new kitchen. Can't find one
anywhere. Has anyone any sensible recommendations?

As far as I know they don't make a 15in LCD TV with a built-in Freeview
receiver. You will need to get one with a larger LCD screen size to get
built-in Freeview. Goodmans do a 15in LCD TV with matching Freeview receiver
for £229.99

I bought the 17" Humax LCD which has freeview built in. The TV is quite
compact as it doesn't have HUGE speakers on either side of the screen, like
some of the cheaper models

Mounted on the wall, with all the cables hidden, it looks very smart.
Everyone that sees it comments on how good it looks

Humax are a very good brand for freeview kit, so it's worth the extra,
particularly as the design looks good as well

Lots of places sell it, ebuyer has it for £380 inc a free wall mount

(The stand comes off, if you decide to wall mount)

Regards

Paul

If you do go for one of these bear the following in mind. I bought one of
these from a well known high street store and found you couldn't connect
anything else to it i.e. video, dvd, etc. The reason being is it is a 15"
LCD PC monitor with a Freeview adaptor that connects through the Red, Yellow
and White leads. After trying various configurations I rang the Goodmans
help line and was told it wasn't designed to be used with anything else, it
was a stand alone Freeview monitor and should be advertised as such.
Needless to say it went back for a refund and I bought Argos part number
529/5030 instead, but it was £100 cheaper then so if you wait you never
know!!
