Hi
I've just bought a new condenser dryer after my old one gave up just before
Christmas. We had a Hoover condenser dryer and this was our first experience
of using one so had nothing to compare it by. I can honestly say after
having had my new Bosch dryer for just over a month now I would never
recommend buying a Hoover to anyone!
I decided on the Bosch after looking/reading various review sites.
The Hoover used to take a lot longer to dry clothes and it gave of lots of
moisture/condensation into my utility room, I used to have to vent the
windows when it was working. The Bosch on the other hand is fantastic, it
dries clothes in half the time and actually gives off warm relatively dry
air which I find great as my utility is unheated.
I bought the dryer from Currys just before Christmas when they had some
money off promotion codes running, there are still a couple around and I
would advice you to look at www.hotukdeals.com under the vouchers section to
see if you can get free delivery/money off before making a purchase.
The model I bought was the Bosch WTE86308 the web price was £60 cheaper than
the instore price at Currys, I used a free delivery code and a £20 off code
to bring the price down to £349 delivered.
I hope this has helped you
Sue

We bought a Creda TCR2 condenser dryer from Tesco online for £218.58 with
'free delivery' last August. Tesco was cheapest at the time, and we got
Tesco points. I wouldn't say that the air is completely dry but I don't know
whether any condenser dryer can emit completely dry air. We are very pleased
with it. My advice is to find one that you like in the shop, e.g., Comet,
then do a price comparison search on the web.
