Woolworths returns policy...

What are Woolworths like on accepting (non-damaged) returns, do they
just exchange or will they refund ?

g/f bought me a copy of Alias Season 1 for Crimbo, but unfortunately my
parents did too :/

So long as its not been opened and you have the receipt it should be no
problem. They expect this sort of thing this time of year.

Take her back for an exchange...It's not so easy to exchange your parents :-)

should do bud.

There was no 'wrapper', the product was not shrink wrapped sealed or
anything.

Went down today, they took it back no problems.
